Job Description
The Role As an Analyst, you'll play a hands-on part across the full deal lifecycle, including: Sourcing, screening and running due diligence on European secondary opportunities (both LP and GP-led) Engaging directly with management teams and fund managers to carry out detailed asset- and portfolio-level analysis Conducting quantitative and qualitative research, financial modelling and valuation across sectors, geographies and stages Preparing and presenting due diligence materials and investment committee memoranda Forming and articulating a clear investment view, and defending it in a team setting including IC discussions Supporting deal structuring, closing coordination and ongoing monitoring of portfolio investments Occasional travel for on-site due diligence and sponsor meetings What We're Looking For A strong academic background 1-2 years' experience in private equity, top-tier investment banking, and/or consulting Excellent quantitative, modelling and valuation skills, with sound investment judgement and a keen sense of risk/reward A genuine appetite for self-directed learning - particularly around AI and automation, with hands-on experimentation a plus A proactive, creative problem-solver who can work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple workstreams with excellent attention to detail A positive, collaborative attitude Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages a bonus)
