C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to support the CEO & CIO of a highly regarded investment management firm. This is an amazing opportunity for an Executive Assistant looking to combine traditional EA support with Investor Relations. All about the role and company I would be working for! Key responsibilities for this EA position: Complex diary management including scheduling meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones Inbox management, drafting correspondence and ensuring priorities are managed effectively Coordinating extensive travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics Organising internal and external meetings, preparing documentation and managing follow-up actions Handling investor and client enquiries in a professional and timely manner Sending shareholder communications and investment-related information to clients Maintaining and updating CRM systems Coordinating and scheduling investor roadshows with all logistics Supporting the wider Investor Relations function with administration and reporting What background and experience are the company looking for? Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant/IR role within financial services Degree preferred Engaging, highly organised with top attention to detail and a muck in attitude.
