A fantastic opportunity to join a beautiful, high-end architecture practice based in Chelsea, working on exceptional projects for UHNW clients around the world. It’s a close-knit, collaborative practice where everyone plays their part. They’re looking for a Marketing & Practice Executive to join their small admin team. This is a broad and varied position combining practice coordination, team support and marketing, so it’s perfect for someone who enjoys having their fingers in lots of different pies. You’ll need to be highly organised and extremely on it, with a good commercial awareness and a genuine interest in marketing. You might be supporting with social media, helping to coordinate marketing activity and keeping the practice organised, alongside wider responsibilities across the office. Being tech savvy and confident picking up new systems is important, as is being someone who enjoys getting involved rather than sticking rigidly to a job description. The whole admin team works closely together, so you’ll need to be a genuine team player who is flexible and happy to jump in and support wherever needed. No two days will be exactly the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of how a successful boutique architecture practice operates. We’re looking for someone with previous experience in an office, practice, team or marketing support role, ideally with some exposure to marketing and social media. You’ll have great attention to detail, lots of energy and enthusiasm, and the confidence to take ownership of your work. A lovely opportunity for someone who wants a varied role in a sophisticated, design-led environment with a genuinely sociable team. Duties will include: Implementing and managing the practice CRM system Use Adobe Photoshop confidently to undertake basic image editing and retouching Provide ad hoc Photoshop and presentation support to the Marketing Director Provide admin support across the practice Monitor and maintain stocks of marketing supplies, stationery, binding equipment and presentation materials Assist project teams with the preparation of presentations, proposals etc Coordinate and update the company website Support the planning and creation and scheduling of social media content Proactively research prospective clients, contacts and business opportunities The ideal candidate: Enthusiastic and proactive with willingness to get involved Highly organised Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels Flexible and adaptable Creative and visually aware with a strong eye for presentation and detail Confident with Microsoft – especially PowerPoint Commercially aware and interested in understanding the practice ,its clients and its’ business development opportunities Bain and Gray is an equal opportunities employer.
