Location: Private Residence Schedule: 5 days per week Start: September An exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly organised Private PA to join a busy private residence and become a trusted, integral member of the family’s support team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is discreet, proactive and exceptionally organised , with a genuine talent for making things happen. You will oversee the smooth running of the household, manage staff and suppliers, coordinate complex travel and diaries, and provide trusted day-to-day support to the family. Key Responsibilities Manage household staff, including recruitment, rotas, holidays, performance and day-to-day operations. Oversee household standards, maintenance, suppliers, contractors and expenses. Manage worldwide and domestic travel, including flights, hotels, cars, visas, passports and itineraries. Manage busy and ever-changing family diaries, appointments and commitments. Handle correspondence, enquiries and confidential information with complete discretion. Assist with family events, private entertaining, errands and special projects. Research and purchase household and personal items, ensuring value for money. The Ideal Candidate 5+ years’ Private PA experience , ideally within a private residence. Experience managing household staff, properties and maintenance. Excellent diary, travel and organisational skills. Calm, meticulous and highly capable under pressure. Confident managing people, suppliers and budgets. Discreet, commercially minded and naturally proactive. A genuine “can-do”, no-nonsense attitude with excellent judgement. Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
