LLH Residential is an established London property agency specialising in residential lettings and property management. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our team and manage prospective tenants throughout the lettings process. This is a hands-on, tenant-facing role suited to someone who is organised, confident on the phone, sales-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous property or lettings experience is not essential. We provide full training , including our systems, the lettings process, tenant qualification, viewings, referencing, Right to Rent requirements and how to progress an application from initial enquiry through to move-in. Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, sales or customer service would be an advantage, but we are primarily looking for the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn. The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing prospective tenants from their initial enquiry through to an agreed tenancy and move-in. Your responsibilities will include: Responding promptly to new tenant enquiries by telephone, email and WhatsApp Qualifying prospective tenants and understanding their property requirements Matching applicants with suitable available properties Arranging and conducting property viewings Following up with applicants after viewings Encouraging suitable applicants to submit offers Collecting all relevant information when an offer is made Progressing agreed offers through the application process Collecting and reviewing tenant documentation Assisting with tenant referencing and Right to Rent requirements Liaising with tenants and third-party referencing providers Following up on outstanding documents and information Keeping prospective tenants informed throughout the application process Ensuring agreed tenancies progress efficiently towards move-
