Estate Agent - Lettings Negotiator

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Brentwood . The ideal candidate must have previous Lettings Negotiator experience with some Valuing. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator: Basic £20,000 OTE £40,000 - £45,000+ Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Every Saturday 9am to 3pm with a day back during the week 5 day working week Referral incentives Training and progression Busy working environment High performing office Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator: Always delivering exceptional customer service Liaising between landlords and tenants Providing up to date advice and information Conducting viewings Booking appointments Negotiating lettings contracts Registering applicants Generate and bring on new business Building the market share Be up to date with current compliance and legislation Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator: Must have previous Lettings Negotiator experience with some Valuing Ability to bring on new business A high level of customer service skills The desire to work well in a team, and independently Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills High accuracy and attention to detail Drive, hunger and ambition for success Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills Well-presented and professional Target driven with a 'can do' attitude Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: Our client are a multi award winning Estate Agency who have been es
