They are now seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate will be passionate about property, confident working with clients and motivated by delivering excellent results throughout the property-selling process. The role may be based at one of two branches within the organisation's regional network, depending on operational requirements. The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their property sale, from initial listing through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Listing and marketing properties for sale. Building strong relationships with clients and managing their expectations throughout the sales process. Conducting property viewings and engaging with prospective buyers. Negotiating offers and agreeing dates of entry. Managing associated administration and sales paperwork. Identifying opportunities to introduce and sell additional products and services. Providing consistently high levels of customer service. Responding to enquiries in person, by telephone and through other channels. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business. Ensuring all activity is carried out in accordance with relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
