This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to develop their career within the property industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing residential properties, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, progressing lets and building strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants. You will play a key role in generating new business, securing new instructions, maximising rental opportunities and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process. We are looking for someone who is driven, confident and target-focused, with the ambition to progress into a senior position in the future. You should thrive in a competitive environment and enjoy the challenge of securing new instructions, matching applicants to properties, negotiating offers and delivering results. Previous lettings experience is essential, along with excellent communication skills, a professional manner and a strong understanding of the local property market. Conduct property appraisals and provide Landlords with accurate and realistic rental valuations based on current market conditions. Market rental properties across property portals, company websites, social media and other relevant platforms to maximise exposure.
