Key Responsibilities Register and engage with potential buyers, building strong client relationships. Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring a positive experience for all parties. Provide vendors with constructive feedback and regular updates. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes. Arrange appointments for mortgage brokers and refer clients to solicitors. Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other agents throughout the sales process. Generate and book property valuations for the Valuer. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and progress. Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the process. The Ideal Candidate Previous sales experience as a Negotiator in the property industry. Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills. Strong customer service ethos with a consultative approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Organised, proactive, and detail-focused. Knowledge of the Ashby-de-la-Zouch property market (desirable). Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. What's in it for You?
