The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with clients both over the phone and face-to-face, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of properties for sale and rent Conducting viewings and providing detailed property information to potential buyers and tenants Negotiating offers and closing deals to achieve sales and lettings targets Generating new business and identifying potential sales and letting opportunities. Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the process. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants Keeping up-to-date with market trends and property values Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related field Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets A
