We've got an exciting opportunity for a part-time Property Assistant to join our regional operations team in the Isle of Arran. In this role, you'll take accountability for maintaining exceptional standards across the island, ensuring our holiday homes consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. Our managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home - covering cleaning, maintenance and guest readiness - so our homeowners can relax knowing everything is taken care of. As Property Assistant, you'll play a key role in making that promise a reality. Your mission As our new Property Assistant, your mission is to elevate cleanliness standards, conduct property checks and audits, and ensure our property owners and guests feel supported across our portfolio in and around the Isle of Arran. Working closely with our Regional Operations Manager and third-party cleaning partners, you'll ensure every property is guest-ready, meets our brand expectations, and reflects our commitment to delighting both owners and guests.
