Working pattern : Monday to Friday 8-5pm (40 hour contract) Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for property management? We're looking for a Property Assistant to become a key player in our dynamic and supportive team. You'll help manage a diverse portfolio of up to 300 residential properties, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service for our tenants. Keeping property records accurate and up-to-date using our management software. Maintain records of maintenance requests and history for each property. Answering telephones, handle tenant queries and redirect calls as necessary. Communicate with residential and office tenants, agents and housing associations. Coordinate with third-party contractors to schedule inspections. Management of the maintenance email inbox and maintain continuous communication with the property team. Handle general administrative tasks, including key distribution to agents, tenants, and contractors. Scan, index, and organise documentation to support daily property team operations. Report directly to the Assistant Property Manager and other relevant senior team members. Obtain quotations and pricing for appliances, materials, furnishings and related items. Conduct meter readings and handle utility change notifications for move-ins and move-outs. Attend property visits and inspections as required.
