Property Inspections Team Coordinator Location: Chelmsford / Hybrid Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + bonuses Full-time Permanent No weekends We are currently recruiting for a Property Inspections Team Coordinator to join the busy property management and inspections team of a highly successful and established independent estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential lettings professional looking to develop their career within property administration, inspections and tenancy management. Following successful completion of the initial probationary period, the role will become hybrid, offering a combination of home and office-based working. The Role As Property Inspections Team Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the property inspections team, helping to ensure appointments, inventories, compliance requirements and tenancy deposits are managed efficiently. You will work closely with Property Inspection Consultants, inventory clerks, branches, landlords, tenants and internal teams, playing a key role in keeping the department organised and ensuring appointments and processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and book property inspection visits and check-out appointments. Send reminder communications to tenants moving out. Update property management systems with meter readings, appliances and smoke/CO alarm information from inventories. Rearrange property visits and manage changes to appointments. Monitor group emails and handle calls when Property Inspection Consultants are unavailable. Manage Property Inspection Consultants' diaries and agency bookings. Arrange deposit releases and submit relevant documentation to accounts. Assist with deposit negotiations between landlords and tenants. Process relevant paperwork for independent deposit adjudication where required. Manage information across third-party CRM systems relating to inventories and condition report
