The Role As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions. You will be a key representative of Flexi Agent, building strong relationships with vendors and providing expert advice throughout the selling process. Key Responsibilities Conduct professional property valuations and market appraisals Win new instructions and grow your personal pipeline Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors Provide accurate and well-informed pricing advice Follow up valuations and convert opportunities into instructions Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve company targets Represent the Flexi Agent brand professionally at all times Stay up to date with local market conditions and property trends About You We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and commercially minded , with a genuine passion for estate agency and delivering excellent customer service.
