Agency Band 6/7 CPN

We are seeking an Agency Band 6/7 CPN in Manchester, UK. This is a full-time position.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive mental health care to patients in the community.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development.

What we are looking for

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 6 or Band 7) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in community mental health settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driving license (preferred).
