Salary: Up to £22.86 (dependent on experience) plus benefits

Hours: Flexible Hours and Days (up to full time)

We are working with a well-established GP Practice in Darlington, who are looking to welcome an experienced Practice Nurse into their small, friendly and close-knit team!

About the Role:

The successful candidate will join a friendly, established and supportive clinical team, comprised of 2 GPs, 2 ANPs and another Practice Nurse. Prior experience within a GP Practice is required for this role and they are ideally looking for a Practice Nurse with Chronic Disease Management skills.

Job Requirements:

• Recent experience as a Practice Nurse
• Training qualifications in Cytology and Baby Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management skills desirable
• Current NMC pin
• Availability up to full time (flexible)
