Experienced Door Supervisor

Experienced Door Supervisor Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for customers and staff. The role requires strong communication, situational awareness and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Key duties: Control entry and conduct searches in line with venue procedures. Identify and manage potential risks, conflict and disorder. Deal professionally with refusals, ejections and challenging behaviour. Maintain a visible security presence throughout the venue. Work closely with the Head Doorman, security team and venue management. Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Provide accurate incident reports where required. Maintain a professional standard of conduct at all times.
