Temporary Teaching Assistant

5 Mornings 8.30am - 12.15pm & 2 Afternoons 1.15pm - 3.30pm Part Time (23.25) a week We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and positive teaching assistant to join our amazing team. We are a very happy school with fantastic children in a very supportive community. You will be working within a team of dedicated professionals who work hard every day to provide the best experiences and education for our children. We are a three-form entry school which means you will have a strong team around you for guidance and support. You will have lots of opportunities to share your ideas - we are always looking for new and exciting ways to work. If you are ready for a new adventure at a school which is really going places, we would love to hear from you! We are looking to appoint a dedicated practitioner to work with children with SEND. This may be on a 1:1 or group basis and will be supported by a large team of colleagues. If you have had ELSA training and delivered ELSA focused interventions we would especially like to hear from you, but this is not essential for the role. We are looking for a teaching assistant who can demonstrate: An enthusiastic and flexible attitude, committed to working as part of a team and dedicated to enabling children to be their best. A strong commitment to inclusion. Prior experience of working with children who have additional needs. High expectations for ensuring the best outcomes for children.
