Specialist Payroll Officer Surrey GBP 35.00 ph Full Time Responsibilities: To utilise specialist knowledge to address complex payroll scenarios and contribute to the overall efficiency of the payroll function. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve complex payroll issues and provide expert guidance. Stay abreast of existing and emerging payroll laws, regulation and taxation legislation to ensure the payroll function is in compliance Perform audits and reconciliations to verify accuracy and compliance with payroll processes. Provide expert guidance and solutions to complex payroll–related inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure exceptional customer service in all interactions with employees and customers, ensuring a positive experience.
