About the Role Want to lead on site and build a career while you're at it This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground Team Leader role and the first step on the ladder to becoming a Manager. You'll be out on live construction sites running the show - leading teams of subcontractors and employees, keeping every offload safe, sharp and on schedule, and setting the standard others follow. It's fast-paced, physical and no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Work allocation Liaise with customers as required. Supervisory Lead teams of subcontractors and employees on site in a fast-paced environment. Conduct construction site audits. Conduct vehicle audits. Prepare in advance for allocated work (e.g. site visits, Google Maps, contacting site managers and drivers). React to and remedy construction site issues during vehicle unloading. Ensure sufficient resources are in place
