We are currently recruiting Prison Security Escorts (also known as Contractor Escorts) to join the team at HMP The Mount. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a secure environment, with potential pathways to permanent roles. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Prison Security Escort, you will play a vital role in maintaining safety and security while external contractors carry out work within the prison. Your duties will include: - Meeting and signing in contractors at the main gate - Conducting tool checks before and after work is completed - Escorting contractors to and from work areas and during breaks - Supervising contractors during their tasks - Ensuring strict adherence to prison security protocols - Supporting other operational tasks as required This is a non-supervisory operational support role.
