The Role: In this position, you will collaborate with the Repairs Team to provide top-tier Painting & Decorating solutions across our client's housing portfolio. The focus is on exceptional customer care and achieving a "Right First Time" result. You will handle a diverse range of refurbishment, upkeep, and renewal Painting & Decorating tasks in both occupied and empty (void) properties, utilising a provided company vehicle to commute between sites. Key Responsibilities: Act as a professional face for our client, upholding company values and providing stellar service. Troubleshoot and resolve repair issues quickly, aiming to finish the job in one single visit. Execute various painting, decorating and property refurbishment duties. Adhere strictly to health and safety laws, risk assessments, and secure operational methods. Maximise daily productivity, reduce material waste, and oversee van inventory effectively.
