Carpenter Multi Trade - Responsive Repairs - localised area, Excellent benefits package - £40,660 A leading housing provider is seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi to join its responsive repairs and maintenance team. Working across social housing properties, the role will involve delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services while providing an excellent service to residents. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys a varied workload. Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of reactive repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties. Complete carpentry and associated multi-trade works safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Take ownership of jobs from start to finish, achieving first-time fixes wherever possible. Work within agreed timescales, budgets and health and safety requirements. Identify when additional trades or specialist support is required. Accurately record completed works using electronic systems. Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to deliver an effective repairs service. Maintain professional and positive relationships with residents and clients. Requirements NVQ or recognised qualification in Carpentry. Proven experience in a multi-trade or property maintenance environment. Full UK driving licence. Social housing experience is desirable. Good understanding of health and safety requirements. Strong practical skills and excellent manual dexterity. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working at height, on uneven ground and within confined spaces where required. Reliable, self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality customer service. Salary & Benefits Salary: £40,660 per annum Company van and fuel card provided. 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 28 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years' service. Contributory
