Working hours: Full time - 36 hours per week Schedule type: Hybrid working, with a combination of office-based, community-based, and home working. What you'll be doing In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our teams have the tools, knowledge, and processes they need to deliver a high-quality service. You'll provide tailored support to vulnerable customers, helping them sustain their tenancy, improve their wellbeing, and live independently. Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies, you will: Manage a caseload of customers requiring welfare, tenancy sustainment, and safeguarding support. Identify and assess risks, carrying out welfare visits and safeguarding interventions where required. Develop practical support plans and coordinate services to achieve positive outcomes.
