Facilities Maintenance Operative Temporary Contract - Starting September Nottingham Ongoing We are supporting one of public sector customers with the recruitment of a Facilities Maintenance Operative to join their Estates team on one of their key sites in Nottingham. The role supports the day-to-day facilities management and maintenance of the site, carrying out a range of planned and reactive tasks and ensuring issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Undertake general repairs and maintenance Fire alarm and water testing Facilities management including preparing rooms for meetings and moving furniture Building access duties About You We're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work. You'll ideally have previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, property or building services environment, together with a good understanding of health and safety and safe working practices. Due to the nature of the organisation - an enhanced DBS is required for this role. What's on Offer?
