We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and ambitious team. initially in our Year 2/3 class. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant at Fenland Schools Federation, you will: Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences. Work with small groups and one-to-one to promote inclusion and independence. Encourage and nurture children to become confident, resilient learners. About You: We are looking for an experienced practitioner who is: Highly motivated and committed to providing excellent education and care. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Skilled in communication and building positive relationships. Essential Requirements: GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths. A commitment to upholding and supporting the school’s values and aims. First Aid training is desirable (training can be provided). Interested?
