Location: Central Leeds Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm Duration: Minimum 2 weeks Rate: £12.71-£13.00 per hour Start: ASAP Job Summary Robert Half is working with a leading property management company based in Central Leeds, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their leasing team on a temporary basis. This is a customer-facing, telephone-based role where you will be speaking with prospective tenants regarding rental properties, arranging viewings and following up with customers to gather feedback. Key Responsibilities Handling both inbound and outbound calls Following up on enquiries for available rental properties Speaking with prospective tenants and answering their initial queries Booking and coordinating property viewings Following up after viewings to obtain customer feedback Updating internal systems with enquiry and viewing information Providing a friendly, professional and positive customer experience About You Immediately available and able to start ASAP Confident and personable with an excellent telephone manner Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to customers throughout the day Customer-focused with strong communication skills Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries Previous customer service, call centre, sales, lettings or property experience would be beneficial but is not essential Happy to work 5 days per week from the Central Leeds office This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available candidate with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people and is looking for a short-term temporary opportunity.
