Part-Time Finance Administrator in Rogerstone

Vibe Recruit is looking for a Finance Administrator to join our client in Newport. This is a temporary role supporting the finance team during a period of restructuring, with the possibility of an extension.

17.95 per hour
15 hours per week 3-month temporary contract

The Role:

You will support the CFO and Commercial Recycling Team with a range of finance and administration duties, including:

• Raising invoices and credits
• Updating customer contracts and invoice schedules
• Processing service changes and cancellations
• Managing commercial bin stock and refundable deposits
• Preparing quarterly commission payments
• Supporting payroll preparation
• Providing general finance administration support

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in a similar finance role (2+ years preferred)
• Qualified to minimum Level 3 AAT
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experienced with finance software (QuickBooks experience is an advantage)
• Highly organised and detail-focused
• Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated
• A good communicator and team player
• Able to work independently when required
• A clean driver with access to a car
