Providing property maintenance services to commercial clients, landlords, tenants and educational establishments, this role offers a varied workload across planned and reactive maintenance projects. The Role Working across commercial and educational properties, your primary focus will be plumbing maintenance and repairs, alongside a range of general multi-trade duties. Key Responsibilities Carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sanitaryware and pipework Completing general building maintenance works Undertaking basic carpentry, decorating and patch plastering tasks Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Delivering excellent customer service whilst on site Maintaining company standards and compliance with health and safety procedures Requirements Essential Proven experience as a plumber within a maintenance environment Strong multi-trade skills Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong customer-facing approach Desirable NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent Plumbing qualification Experience working within commercial properties, schools or public sector environments Additional trade skills such as carpentry, decorating, roofing repairs or general maintenance What's on Offer Competitive salary Company van and fuel card Permanent, full-time position Varied and interest
