About the Role As a Junior Resident Services Manager , you'll support the delivery of an excellent resident experience throughout the tenancy journey, from move-in through to renewal and eventual move-out. Working closely with the Resident Services Team Manager and wider operational teams, you'll assist with tenancy administration, resident queries, inspections, complaints, compliance and end-of-tenancy processes. This is a development-focused role , ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in residential property and is keen to broaden their experience within a growing BTR environment. You don't need to be an expert in tenancy legislation from day one. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, customer-focused and eager to learn.
