Facilities coordinator

Facilities Management Coordinator Location: London Salary: 35,000- 40,000 per annum (depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Management Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across a diverse property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills and a passion for delivering high standards of building operations and customer service. Working closely with the Facilities Managers, contractors and clients, you will ensure planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed efficiently while maintaining compliance with health and safety legislation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance works. Raise, allocate and monitor work orders through CAFM systems. Liaise with contractors to arrange attendance, monitor performance and ensure service level agreements are achieved. Track maintenance requests from receipt through to completion, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders. Support the mobilisation of new contracts and properties where required. Maintain accurate records of statutory compliance, certification and maintenance documentation. Assist with contractor onboarding, ensuring all relevant documentation and insurances are up to date. Monitor health and safety compliance, including contractor RAMS and statutory inspections. Produce reports on maintenance performance, contractor KPIs and outstanding actions. Raise purchase orders, process invoices and assist with budget tracking. Build strong working relationships with clients, occupiers and contractors, delivering a high level of customer service. Provide administrative and operational support to the wider Facilities Management team. About You Previous experience in a Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Administrator, Property Coordinator
