Installation Supervisor 40,500 + up to 20% bonus 50 hours per week Nationwide UK Travel Monday - Friday Are you interested in an installation role where you can travel the country, work on a variety of projects and lead a team on site? We're looking for an Installation Supervisor to join an established engineering and installation business, working on projects across the UK. This is a hands-on role. You'll be out on-site Monday to Friday, travelling to different locations, leading a team and getting involved with the installation work yourself. You'll stay away during the week and be back home by Friday evening. What will you be doing? Leading and supervising installation teams across the UK Getting hands-on with structural GRP installations including walkways, platforms, staircases, handrailing, decking and access structures Working from technical drawings, specifications and RAMS Delivering toolbox talks and site briefings Coordinating labour, materials, tools and equipment Monitoring progress and resolving issues on site Carrying out quality checks, inspections and snagging Liaising with clients, contractors and site teams Supporting and developing less experienced installers What do you need? We're looking for someone with previous experience in building and construction, engineering or installation supervision, who is comfortable leading a team while remaining hands-on. You'll need: Experience as an Installation Supervisor, Site Supervisor or similar Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Good knowledge of RAMS and site safety Valid CSCS Card and SSSTS or equivalent Working at Height and Harness/Lanyard training PASMA and IPAF where required Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Willingness to stay away from home Monday to Friday The ability to commute to the Colchester area a couple of times per month You must also be prepared to be clean shaven where required for f
