We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and caring HLTA / Lunchtime Enrichment Activities Coordinator to play a key role in enriching the daily experience of our students. This exciting position combines higher-level teaching assistant responsibilities with the opportunity to develop and lead a vibrant programme of lunchtime activities that promote wellbeing, inclusion, confidence and positive relationships. Working closely with students and staff, you will help create engaging opportunities that encourage participation, build a sense of belonging and support personal development.
