BREEAM Co-ordinator

We are seeking an experienced BREEAM Coordinator to support the delivery of sustainable construction projects and ensure compliance with BREEAM assessment requirements. Key responsibilities: Coordinate BREEAM requirements throughout the design and construction phases. Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors and BREEAM Assessors. Monitor project performance against BREEAM targets and provide guidance on compliance. Coordinate and maintain BREEAM evidence, documentation and submissions. Track progress against sustainability objectives and identify areas for improvement. Attend project meetings and provide updates on BREEAM performance and requirements. Ensure relevant environmental and sustainability standards are incorporated into project delivery. Experience required: Previous experience in a BREEAM, sustainability or environmental role within the construction industry, with a good understanding of BREEAM assessment criteria and construction processes.
