Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Islington Borough on a long-term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner looking for a consistent two-day-per-week role , working every Thursday and Friday within a supportive and collaborative primary school environment. Hours: Thursdays & Fridays Start Date: Hours: Thursdays & Fridays Start Date: ASAP Location: Islington Borough Pay: £95-£110 per day PAYE Contract: Long-Term Temporary Key Responsibilities: Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment Encouraging communication, confidence and independence Supporting observations and assessments of children's progress Working closely with teachers and the wider Early Years team Building positive relationships with children and families Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures What We're Looking For: Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Previous Nursery or EYFS experience Good understanding of the EYFS framework Caring, patient and nurturing approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting young children's development Reliable and professional approach Availability to work every Thursday and Friday To apply, please send your updated CV to or call Ciaran on - Option 2 for more information.
