Job Description
Core Purpose: To manage the creation, design, and formatting of all consumer-facing promotional materials for the charities adventure fundraising initiative from trip itineraries to fundraising packs. This role ensures that every document a participant receives is beautifully branded, highly professional, and easy to understand. Key Responsibilities Collateral Design: Create promotional digital flyers, posters, and PDF booklets for specific initiatives like Walk for Paws Document Standardisation: Take raw text from the operations team and turn it into beautiful, professional trip itineraries, kit lists, and pre-departure guides using Canva templates. Asset Toolkits: Build and update "Fundraising & Marketing Packs" that our Volunteer Adventure Ambassadors and external partners (like gyms or hiking groups) can use to promote our fundraising adventures Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets, fonts, logos, and tones of voice match our guidelines across all media. Required Experience & Skills Mid-level graphic design or marketing coordination experience (exceptional proficiency with Canva is essential; Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus). Strong layout skills—able to turn a text document into a highly readable, visually appealing guide. Deep understanding of brand guidelines, typography, and visual consistency.
