Recruitment Coordinator

Core Purpose: To assist the charity with sourcing and onboarding Volunteer Adventure Ambassadors and Volunteer Mountain Leader & Expedition Guides who help to support their range of UK and Overseas Challenges which raise funds to support animals in need Key Responsibilities Vacancy Posting: Advertise the roles across a range of volunteer networks Application Screening: Assist with reviewing initial applications Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized tracker documenting where each applicant is in the onboarding process Required Experience & Skills Background in HR, recruitment, or volunteer coordination desirable. An awareness of potential recruitment networks relating to these roles an advantage but not essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage applicant databases confidentially.
