Job Description

Core Purpose: To build excitement around the charities UK and Overseas fundraising expeditions and make their Adventures for Animals brand visible, active, and appealing online. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Design visually striking social graphics on Canva, edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) using footage from past trips, and write engaging captions. Channel Scheduling: Maintain a consistent digital presence by planning and scheduling posts a week or two in advance across Instagram and Facebook. Community Engagement: Monitor comments and direct messages answering simple questions and flagging complex queries for the core team. Ambassador Content Support: Repost content from Adventure Ambassadors and Mountain Leader/Expedition Guides to amplify the brand’s reach. Required Experience & Skills A strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithms. Proficiency with Canva and mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot). Creative flair with strong, punchy copywriting skills.
