Job Description Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial reports. Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities for the department. Support month-end and year-end financial processes. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and queries. Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures. Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team. The Successful Applicant A successful Financial Account Handler should have: Experience in financial record-keeping and account reconciliation. Knowledge of accounting software and tools. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes. Good organisational and time management skills What's on Offer Salary ranging from £27,000 to £29,000, dependent on the level of experience. Permanent position in Hove.
