Project Architect

Position: Project Architect Location: Holmes Chapel, Cheshire Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (dependent on experience) Working Arrangement: Office Based Initially / Hybrid Once Established Employment Type: Permanent A Project Architect is required to join a specialist architectural and property consultancy based in Holmes Chapel. The practice delivers bespoke residential projects across the UK, creating high-quality homes and adaptations tailored around the individual requirements of private clients. Working within a close-knit team of approximately 16 people, the successful candidate will gain significantly more project ownership than is typically available within a larger architectural practice. This is a particularly varied role where you will have the opportunity to manage residential projects from initial client contact and survey through planning, Building Regulations and construction to completion . You will work directly with private clients, contractors and other professional stakeholders, taking genuine responsibility for project delivery while receiving support from an experienced Head of Department. Project Architect Salary & Benefits Salary 40,000 - 45,000 depending on experience. 21 days holiday plus bank holidays. Holiday entitlement increases by 1 day per year of service, up to 25 days.
