Enjoy a permanent Multi-Trade Operative role working across kitchen, bathroom and void refurbishment projects in Oxford and the surrounding area. This is a varied opportunity for an experienced tradesperson with strong carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decorating skills, with consistent work available for successful operatives. The role offers Monday to Friday working hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm, with the potential for long-term subcontracting opportunities. There is also potential to transfer to a direct arrangement after completing 14 weeks through the agency. I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Multi-Trade Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, or Multi Trader. As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be: Completing multi-trade repairs and refurbishment works across kitchens, bathrooms and void properties. Undertaking carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decorating to a high standard. Fitting kitchens and completing associated multi-trade finishing works. Carrying out void property works and preparing homes for occupation. Completing full plastering or patch-plastering tasks where required. Installing vinyl flooring where this forms part of your skill set. Moving between different workstreams when priorities change. Collecting emergency or additional materials from local suppliers when necessary. Maintaining photographs or other evidence of completed work where available. Working safely and reliably, without undertaking regulated gas or electrical tasks. I'd love to speak to anyone who has: Strong experience across carpentry, plumbing, tiling and decorating. Experience working across kitchen, bathroom and void property programmes. Full plastering and vinyl flooring skills would be advantageous, although candidates with patch-plastering experience may also be considered.
