Operations Supervisor Location: Willenhall Pay Rate: 15.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join a growing and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in industrial cleaning, hazardous waste management, environmental services, or a similar operational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of site operations across multiple projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Acting as the key on-site decision-maker, you will lead site teams, coordinate resources and maintain excellent client relationships throughout project delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise, mentor and support site operatives, providing guidance, training and ongoing development. Delegate duties effectively based on team strengths and project requirements. Oversee the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality expectations. Act as the primary on-site contact, resolving operational challenges and making key decisions when required. Enforce company health and safety policies, procedures and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance. Ensure the safe handling, storage and disposal of hazardous materials where applicable. Oversee the maintenance, condition and safe operation of company vehicles, plant and equipment. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and supplies. Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Promote a strong safety culture across all projects and sites. Requirements Previous
