Job Role: HVAC Engineer Location: Central London Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 base / £55,000 - £70,000 OTE (uncapped) inc Vehicle, fuel card, laptop, phone, hand tool allowance. About the company This is an opportunity to join a well-established building services specialist as a HVAC Engineer with a long term contract in the London area. The company have a long standing contract covering 4/5 sites in London. Whilst this role is mobile, the reality is that you will be semi-static moving around the same sites 80% with 20% other customers. What s in it for you? You ll be working across a mix of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out: Service, maintenance and fault finding on AC & refrigeration systems. This is approx 50/50 split between maintenance and reactive works. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently Supporting ventilation and general building services works Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site Working independently while staying connected to a wider engineering team What are we looking for in a HVAC Engineer? City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration F-Gas 2079 Category 1 certification Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability Experience within comme
