This post is subject to an enhanced DBS clearance” We are looking for someone who: • Ideally has experience of working in KS1 • Has experience of working with a wide range of SEND • Will champion inclusion and diversity, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture where all students feel valued and supported. • Is committed to high standards of attainment and behaviour. • Will provide high quality support and encouragement under the direction of the class teacher. • Has a flexible and supportive approach to changing demands. • Possesses excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills. • Works effectively as part of a skilled team. • First Aid Qualification desirable or willingness to undertake a first aid qualification essential. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, term time only, from 8.15am till 3.45pm Should you have any questions regarding the position, please address these to the headteacher.
