The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing commercial team within a leading B2B media and events organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn.


• Research and identify new companies and key contacts.


• Qualify leads and business opportunities.


• Arrange meetings and introductions for Business Development Managers.


• Support lead generation campaigns and sales initiatives.


• Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect data.


• Provide market intelligence and customer insights.


• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.


• Assist with sales administration and customer service activities when required.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.


• Confident speaking with new contacts over the phone and online.


• Good organisation and time management skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.


• Professional and customer-focused approach.
