Kitchen Team Leader Hutton, Preston £13.84 per hour PAYE 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 7am-3pm Full-time Temporary Position (subject to review) Looking for a kitchen role with no evenings and no weekend work ? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a public sector organisation in a Team Leader position, combining hands-on food preparation with responsibility for supporting and guiding a small catering team. What You'll Be Doing Leading daily kitchen operations and supporting Catering Assistants. Planning menus, managing stock levels, and ordering supplies. Preparing and serving fresh meals to a high standard. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards. Monitoring stock and budgets. Supporting catering provision across multiple sites when required. What We're Looking For Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety qualification. Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety and current legislation. Strong organisational and team leadership skills. Full UK Driving Licence to provide cover at additional sites.
