Job post summary Pay: £15 per hour Job Description: GT Produce Ltd are looking for a full-time Class 2 delivery driver Shift Pattern: 3.00am- 11.00am 40 hours per week at rate of £15.00ph Monday-Friday week one (5 days), Monday- Saturday Week 2 (6 days). Responsibilities: - Safely and responsibly operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Load and unload goods, ensuring that it is secure and properly distributed - Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to meet deadlines - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues - Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns Experience: - Previous experience in commercial driving roles preferred - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record or minimum points - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers - Experience as a delivery driver is a plus - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required This position requires a responsible individual with excellent driving skills.
