Job overview Business Support Officer An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Business Support Officer based in the Outer North West Division across multiple sites including Wembley and Willesden Centres for Health and Care. The Post holder will play a key administrative support role as part of the Brent Integrated Clinical Services Units to the Head of Clinical Services and Clinical Services Managers to deliver timely, accurate and relevant information to assist all staff on the planning and provision of the best possible healthcare for patients. Main duties of the job The Business Support Officer will play a key role in undertaking data input and work closely with the Divisional Business team to ensure information is shared appropriately with clinical teams. The post holder will assist the Head of Clinical Services and Clinical Services Managers by producing activity and trend reports to monitor performance of the clinical services. The post holder will provide day to day support including organising meetings, events, training and projects across the services. The post holder will supervise junior staff, participate in induction and training . The Business Support Officer will also support Divisional administrative tasks as required.
