Your new company An award-winning company based in the Cwmbran area. Your new role Working as an Office / Events Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative work, diary bookings / bookings management, meeting clients, inbound and outbound calls, updating information on Excel spreadsheets, helping and assisting during events and functions, and managing a busy inbox. Hours of work for the role are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, with occasional weekend work to support with events when required. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of a customer-based administration role, or events administration or planning is highly desirable. You'll be customer-centric and have the ability to deal with people at all levels. You'll have a can-do attitude and be proactive in your approach to your work. You'll be comfortable working in a small team and independently when required. What you'll get in return This is a temporary role to start ASAP. The hourly rate is £13.00 - £13.50. This is a long-term temporary role based in the Cwmbran area. This is a customer-centric role whereby you'll be dealing with customers on a daily basis, so first-class customer service & general administrative and organisational skills are essential.
