The Role As SHEQ Advisor, you'll work closely with operational teams across multiple live construction projects, ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of health & safety, environmental compliance and quality assurance. You'll split your time between Hamilton's Dartford office and project sites across the South East, providing practical SHEQ support to site teams, carrying out inspections and audits, investigating incidents and promoting a positive safety culture throughout the business. Key Responsibilities Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety reviews across multiple projects. Support site management teams with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance. Produce and review risk assessments, method statements and SHEQ documentation. Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying corrective actions. Deliver toolbox talks and SHEQ training to site teams. Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
